What your team gets
The same four-week course as our open cohorts, run for your team alone.
A private cohort
Four weeks, one chapter a week, with weekly live sessions scheduled around your team's calendar. The homework is real work: the pitch, the experiment, the conversation people have been avoiding.
An in-person session, if you want one
A three-hour session in a real room, to kick the cohort off or to close it. Everyone who takes part leaves a Certified Failure.
Coaches of your own
We train and certify one or two of your people as Certified Failure Coaches, so they can run cohorts for the rest of the organization.

Questions leaders ask
How is this different from a team offsite?
An offsite is one good day. This runs for four weeks alongside real work, so people practice trying things where it counts, and they come back each week to say how it went.
Does it work for leadership teams?
It's a good place to start. Teams take their cue from how leaders react when something goes wrong, so leaders who go through it first make it easier for everyone else.
We're remote or hybrid. Does that work?
Yes. The course is online by default. The in-person session is optional.
How many people per cohort?
Up to 15, so each session stays a real conversation. Bigger groups run as several cohorts.
Can we run it ourselves afterwards?
Yes, that's the point. Your Certified Failure Coaches run it, and we stay on hand if they need us. How coach certification works.
